ONLINE PURCHASES

Your satisfaction is our priority at IDC Dermo. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from the IDC DERMO website or if an error has occurred with your order, we encourage you to return new or gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original method of payment.

To initiate the return process, please contact info@idcdermo.com. Make sure you have proof of purchase and the product(s) you wish to return.  Returns are processed within 15 days of receipt.


All promotional items such as free samples and gifts with purchases must be returned. In the event that you purchased a gift set, all items in the gift set must be returned. We do not refund regular goods and gift sets unless all items are returned.


Please note that initial shipping charges for products not eligible for returns are non-refundable, if applicable. Products specified as non-returnable cannot be returned for any reasons.

Purchases made online are not accepted for return in store. Please contact our customer service to proceed with the return.


IDC Dermo carefully monitors customer returns. In the event of detected abuse, excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity, the customer involved may receive written notification that IDC Dermo will no longer be able to accept further returns from them, whether or not accompanied by proof of purchase.


Damaged items

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, and its content rendered unusable, please save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by emailing us via our Contact US page. The damaged items will be replaced.


International returns

We do not accept returns for international orders and shipments. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor for duties and fees imposed by customs.

 

IN-STORE PURCHASES

If you wish to return or exchange a product purchased at one of our points of sale, please go to the beauty counter where the product was purchased. Return or exchange conditions will be determined by the specific policies in effect at each of our retailers.


Items purchased in stores or from partners cannot be returned to idcderm.com. If the item you wish to return was not purchased on our website, please return to the place of original purchase. If you are unable to reach the place of purchase, please contact our customer service department at info@idcdermo.com or by calling 1-877-543-8671 for assistance.
